From our showroom to your bedroom — we make delivery easy across Windsor-Essex, with same-day service available in Windsor, LaSalle, and Tecumseh.
Delivery area: We deliver across all of Windsor-Essex County, including Windsor, LaSalle, Tecumseh, Lakeshore, Belle River, Essex, Amherstburg, Harrow, Colchester, Leamington, Kingsville, McGregor, Stoney Point, and Chatham.
Same-day delivery: If your mattress is in stock, it can be delivered as soon as same-day in Windsor, LaSalle & Tecumseh. Ask our team while you're in store and we'll schedule a date and time that works for you.
If you're in a rush and ordering online, call us first at 519-966-8400 so we can arrange same-day delivery before you check out. Otherwise, our team will contact you after your order is placed to confirm delivery details.
Timing for non-same-day orders: Mattresses that aren't in stock — including custom orders — may take up to 12 business days to arrive. Once your mattress arrives, our team will call to schedule a delivery time that works with your schedule.
What's included with delivery: Our team brings your mattress inside your home, into the room of your choice, and removes all packaging before we leave.
Old mattress removal: Old mattress removal can be added to any new mattress purchase for $40. The old mattress must be in sanitary condition for pickup.
Return & Exchange Policy
To protect the health and safety of every customer, all mattress sales are final once your order has been delivered or picked up.
Damaged goods: If your item arrives damaged, we've got you covered. Contact us within 3 days of purchase and we'll arrange an exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Why no trial period: We take a different approach than online-only mattress brands — you get to lie down and try every mattress in person, with a no-pressure, no-commission team helping you find the right fit before you buy. That hands-on testing, combined with our specialists' guidance, gives you the best opportunity of getting it right the first time — no home trial needed.
Custom orders: Custom orders — including mattresses, box foundations, beds, and headboards — cannot be cancelled once placed, as these are made specifically for you.
