If your mattress is in stock, same-day delivery may be available — just ask our team when you're in the store or call us at 519-966-8400.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. That's why our showroom is pressure-free and commission-free — our sleep specialists take the time to help you find the right mattress before you buy, so you can shop with confidence.

All sales are final. All products become the property of the purchaser once delivered or picked up.

If your item arrives damaged, exchanges are available. All claims for damaged goods must be made within 3 days of purchase, and items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note: custom orders — including custom-size mattresses, box foundations, beds, and headboards — cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
